    how to handle false dmca

    I'm looking for a little gfy advice however I will be speaking to a lawyer soon.

    I have some crazy female ballbuster of a producer DMCAing me , my host amd billers for content that's on other people sites that I do NOT own.l

    is this in any way legitimate and do I have any legal recourse?

          He can not just ignore them, if they send the DMCA to the host and biller, they will legally need a response, either that the infringing work was removed or a counter notification.
