I recently switched hosting from a well known host here over to techieMedia and all I have to say is KICK ASS !!! Best hosting move I ever made, these guys are the real shizzle and don't fuck around when it comes to Quality hosting. So far they have blown any host away that I have used in the past and trust me i have been with a few supossed to be the good ones. I'm still new with them but so far it's been Great.

Been there for a few years and I wouldnt think of going anyplace else.I agree with these guys.
When I first got in this biz I changed hosts every few months, then when I found Techie I settled down and stayed for 3+ years because the support and quality were so good.
Then I had a touch of amnesia about how bad some of my hosting experiences had been, so I left for one of those cut-rate 'we'll match or beat any price' type of hosts when they offered me a much cheaper deal than I was getting.
A couple of months of support nightmares later, I left them for another host, this one with a stellar reputation for quality and support, when they had a special that would match the price I was getting from the cut-rate host.
Even then, these guys couldn't carry Techie Media's jock when it comes to support/quality/speed and uptime.
After that, I RAN back to Techie Media, more than happy to pay more money in order to sleep well at night knowing that my servers will be up and the network will be fast. (Although bandwidth pricing has changed since then...so now I'm not paying more, I'm just getting more)

Got to show some love for our host, Rackco.com... we just switched to them about a month and a half ago.
1) Our site is now a LOT faster than it was, and it was on good hardware before... meaning, the Rackco.com connection is that good. Those of you who remember how slow the YNOT.com message board used to be just need to load it now to see what I mean. There was no change in the HTML or code... all that speed change was from the switch to the Rackco.com servers.
2) Dan and Kelly are fantastic people to work with.... and really go the extra mile. I've never had anyone try so hard to make sure we were happy with our servers.
So yeah, I'd definitely recommend them.... our own experience has been fantastic.Comment

not really. There are some solid hosts our there who take what they do seriously and don't joke around. You don't see anything bad said about natnet, mojo, isprime or techie for example. Those are rock solid hosts that provide service to some of the biggest players in the game.Comment

I have been with Rackco for, well ever to be honest....have several dedicated servers there and have NEVER had any problems.
Not to mention that they bailed me out a few times such as expanded servers in no time etc etc
