They didn't test every teen girl in the country!!!!!
They tested a small sample of teen girls who go to free clinics because they
think they may have an infection or may be pregnant to begin with.
Then they "magically" interpolate the result to reflect society at large.
Let me put it this way : Can you name someone who's daughter was in the
survey?

Noone who goes to a regular doctor is ever in these studies.
All their data comes from free clinics in urban slums that are filled
with drug addicts and prostitutes and they claim this represents society.
Here are the stats they "probably" left out about the study subjects :
- 10% have a farther at home
- 10% still attend school sometimes
- 1% have a grade point average of c+ or better
- 20% already have one child
- 10% beat up their mother in the last year before running away
- 2% have a job other than prostitution
- 0% have health insurance
- 3% believe they got the STD from their father and that's why the went to the clinic.
- 50% have been to the clinic at least 3 times before because they thought they contracted something.
