    I'm seeking Mining Partner - lets make money.

    I have a 3 year lease on a large building with more than 200 AMPs in LA.

    I don't pay electric and neither my landlord nor the electric company can even see how much power I pull. (meter is all mixed up with other tenants)

    Anyone ready to get in the mining game and has real funds for hardware just post your email.

I know about 10 different people that either grow, sell to dispensaries or have dispensaries. they are not worried about the law at all. Federal law says its legal. Its not me saying it. Its the law.                                                           That is inaccurate and false. DEA has been heavy handed in CA. We had to evict a tenant in our San Diego building. There is no Federal law making it legal to grow or sell pot in ANY state, including Colorado and Washington.

                                                                          I had a MMJ tenant that was completely by the book and we had to kick them out or face prosecution.

                                                                          All the Fed has done is issue a statement that they are not going to pursue businesses operating legitimately under STATE law. California has lots of grey area in its state MMJ mandate which relates to compassionate use for medical patients. The fact that CA has no specific laws right now is a huge problem.

I've read articles that say you can't make your money back now or if you do the returns will be very slow. Anyone have some reading that points in a more positive direction on mining?

                                                                                                                          I would assume he's not getting involved in the details, and is just trying to save people $80/month per rig. It'd add an extra 1.5 days of profitability every month, so if he took half of that, he'd get $40/mo per rig he housed.

                                                                                                                          Not a great ROI for either party.

                                                                                                                          Incidentally, the major concern for rigs is cooling, not power. ASIC rigs with lower power costs will make this even less of an issue in the future (and it isn't much of one now).

Also things are going to get a little warm so extra AC will be needed.

                                                                                                                                                                                      So make that 200AMPS and call it 120 - 150 once you factor in normal office use.

                                                                                                                                                                                      So say 100-130 AMPS for Mining

                                                                                                                                                                                      If the difficulty rate didn't drop... :
                                                                                                                                                                                      You would be looking at say $8k in coin each month so say 12 months to hit profit line.
                                                                                                                                                                                      after 3 years you are looking at say $120-140k in profit..

                                                                                                                                                                                              200Amps is not that much, I mean we had our boards running at a facility and from what I remember with the current board design we had, psu, liquid cooling and well just keeping the place cool we had around 23-25Th which well at the current diff level is:
