    Need Domain Registrar

    I'm looking for a new domain registrar. I have a few requirements:

    1. It should have reasonable prices
    2. It should accept a virtual card from Epassporte

    Please, recommend.

                                                                          Namecheap is good with their free privacy,but problem is even with free privacy they still cost more then moniker.But in any case according to statistic and customer response moniker and namecheap are best solutions now.Also avoid godaddy as hell,they charged me 20$ without requesting.I personaly now using moniker and will transfer my domains from namecheap and godaddy there.
