It's rare, but I can assure you it has happened. One of my neices was such a kid, when she was 12 she was running away from home and passing for 18 at bars. ALL countries are FUCKED UP! What is 'wrong' is in the eye of the observer. Take the tub girl video for example...to me that is a million times more fucked up than some girl (that probably looked older) taking off her clothes in a strip joint. At least she was in an organized establishment just taking off her clothes and not in some back alley sucking dicks so she can have money to eat. She's probably in the back alley now since she can't work in the club anymore. Sure, the bar owners should know better and they are in legal shit because of it and will 'get theirs'. Dude, this is the USA, we already have about a 25 times higher jail population than your whole country has people.
