    Poll: Would you rent a room to a 20 year old stripper?

    Very honest question. Would you do it?

    Yes, she's smoking hot. She's also single, but I don't care about that.

    I don't need a roommate, don't need the money, but I've got the room and this just fell into my lap. dance.. I had to do it.

    But would you rent a room to a 20 year old stripper? She seem to understand I dislike people, refuse to have guys in my house, and will not negotiate those terms under any circumstance.

    And if so would you consider it a free content opportunity? As in: free monthly rent in return for picture and video content for a site?

    Because that's what I'm thinking..

                      As appealing as it sounds, no. I can only imagine the headaches that can arise in a situation like that, it's not worth a few hundred bucks a month. I've never shared a house with anyone in my life other than parents when I was younger, and my wife now, so maybe I'm not the best person to ask.... I hate sharing.

                          I'm the exact same way, Ross. I don't like to share either. But in this case, I've honestly got an entire downstairs that I never hang out in.

                          Aside from that, content. I might be able to be right back in the position I was when I sold everything and quit, and I might be able to do it by spring.

                          This could be a decent business opportunity. Custom content shot in my house a few days a week.

                          I think it's crazy to consider it, I know the downside. But I think it might be just as crazy to not consider it.

                                                                              I've got a great friend with 40 rental properties in this and the adjoining town. I'm positive that he'd be happy to bend over backwards and cut her an apartment for $300 a month plus utilities.

                                                                              I'm thinking that's what she's trying to avoid. When I was her age I didn't want to deal with any of that shit. Paying bills, setting up utilities, paying rent, etc. She's the typical stripper putting herself through school, except this one is really in school. In her shoes I think monthly utility bills and rent would be a little overwhelming.

                                                                              On the other hand, she doesn't know me from the club so I'm not someone she has preconceptions about from that. I'm just a friend of a friend.

                                                                              She'll be here tomorrow evening to check it out and further discuss the details and we'll see what happens. I'm leaning more toward this being a bad long term setup, but it could also work out really well for me in the long run, provided I get my way....

                                                                              I'm just going to be very honest with her. If she wants to room here for a while, that's fine. I want content, not cash, and since I figure I'm saving her a shitload of headache with bills, I want lots of content. She scratches my back, I'll return the favor.

I won't negotiate that and honestly, I don't have the heart to really give a shit, so negotiating the fact that I refuse to negotiate is not happening.

                                                                                  Content provided to me would be payment for services rendered, end of discussion. I've been down the road before. The content gets created, paperwork gets signed, and the content belongs to me to use or sell at my discretion. She can have a change of heart sometime in the future, but she can't erase her name on the paperwork and if it comes down to it, her lawyer can explain that one.

                                                                                  I'm not her friend, buddy, pal, anything. She moves in, it's a business deal. I've got something she wants, she's got something I want. We can meet directly in the middle, or she can get the fuck out.

We have many mutual acquaintances, and her father is actually a good friend of mine. Small world. SO her standards are low or something going on where she has no money. Not a good sign of a responsible roommate.

                                                                                                                  From what I do know, she's on the level and the chances of that stuff happening are slim, unless every person we both know is lying, or she hasn't been caught yet. I admit the latter is a possibility. Also she's a student full time in college and this I know as solid fact. She doesn't seem to have the qualities that make a piece of shit human... except for the stripper thing. One could rationalize it by saying part time stripping is easy money for a good looking young girl who doesn't mind being naked. At least, that's my rational.

                                                                                                                  But, I called a friend this morning to look into her and she's got no criminal record, one speeding ticket, and it was paid the same day. lol.

                                                                                                                  I don't think the issue is going to be the bad that is possible. The issue should come down primarily to the fact that whatever money she makes, and whatever she does with it is her business. I don't want cash.

                                                                                                                  If everything works out well, this can be a great thing. If I sense that it's going to be a bullshit episode after episode, she'll never make it through the door.

                                                                                                                  I'm a nice guy, but I've been bitten on the ass for not covering my own too many times. If she was a random stranger who I had little or no connection to, I wouldn't even consider this. We have enough common ground that I think 20 year old girl bullshit aside, we can work out a temporary deal that benefits both of us.

                                                                                                                                                  She's a good looking girl who could pull in that kind of cash if two things were different. She'd have to do it more than 6 hours twice a week, and she'd have to move out of this area.

                                                                                                                                                  My employer is one of this areas biggest general contractors. If a building or construction permit gets pulled, no matter who pulls it, I'm one of the first people to know about it.

                                                                                                                                                  This area is economically fucking dead. Enough so that if the trend keeps up, I'm going to have to consider either relocating myself, or finding a new job. Last year was the lowest building year here since Ohio made permits mandatory, and that phrase has held true for the last nine years or so. Most would call it a decline. I call it a nose dive, and it goes much further than my line of work.

Most people around here consider Walmart a career choice, and flipping burgers is a job that many wish they had, because there simply are no jobs.

                                                                                                                                                  Her problem is the area economy, not her looks. If she were in a big city, her luck would be far different than it is here. I'd go so far as to say that if there's a stripper in this area making $10k a month, she's working her ass off 12 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week, and taking it in the ass on the side.

But also honestly, I believe that I may have made an error in using the word stripper to describe her. We all know that the word carries with it a negative connotation and we can all point out a few reasons as to why.

That's much kinder than stripper, and actually a lot more accurate a description.

I'm having this dream that I'm going to manage to get her to agree to pumping out a sick amount of content in exchange for not having to act like an adult and pay bills, and while I'm having this dream I'm completely ignoring the fact that I'm contemplating doing something that I've done before, that I fucking hated.
