I dont know really. I am not the original owner. I got it from an inhertance.

You would have to call Canon.

But from the way this thing feels, its built pretty tough. I dont think you will have any problems.

I swaped out the lens..

It was part of the private negotiation in the settlement of the return.
That I got to keep the lens.

But that is supposed to be private information.

AaronM brokered the deal of the return for both parties to have a win win.
