hey man, I don't really know you, but could you request the password reset?

this will email you a new password and then you can change it back to your old one.. it should take 3 mins or so

so in this case i already requested the GGW password reset 3 times and still didnt get it.. so as said earlier, the password is one thing, but a much more important thing for me now, is to make sure if the problem is with my email provider or not...

The GGW program recently consolidated their 2 existing programs into 1.

After they did that, my login no longer worked. I e-mailed them, and they said to add a '0' (zero) to the end of my login name.

I did that, and it worked.

but I wonder if the problem is with their email server or with my email server.
I recently changed my main email addy after like 7 years and have been updating it everywhere (a pain in the ass) and i want to make sure it really receives all mail as I wanted

i know about the transition to the new GGW but already for the new GGW my old login still worked, and 2 days ago it suddenly didnt seem to work anymore so then i requested the password reset emailed for me like 4 times with no success at all
