By the time some of you will read this, EBIMARU-DO's SCOURGE OF THE EVIL will be in the top 10 for 2013 and it only came out a few days ago, Dec. 22nd... yup, it's that good.
...and what would this list be without mentioning at least one non-Japanese production which created a bit of splash in 2013:
