Is mid flight on a airplane. It appears they aren't happy about it either. The problem is they haven't found a way to justify the need, because if they claim terrorists are using airliners to communicate then it makes the TSA look useless. If they claim their are terrorist getting on aircraft to make phone calls then they are saying the TSA can't do their job.
