Plan is to zero out the nic within a few weeks.I like all the different tastes available.chocolate,mint Cohiba to whatever.
So much cooler as the vape wafts out of the nose and throat much more than a drag but you don't feel the burn and aftertaste of a skunks ass

same here, with a cig I smoke then I'm good for a bit, with e-cig seems like it never hits that sweet spot so it turns into more of a pacifier

I can't think of any side efects.
I do get a little blood in my mucus when I caugh, but my Dr said it's ok.

Maybe try a different vapor system. Most makes/models seem to be improving drastically lately.

This is where we have to get pro-active and demonstrate/educate people about the benefits of vaping vs. cigs.

Pacifier seems like a good way of putting it - at least with me so far. I'm still adjusting to a different way of dealing with it as opposed to smoking cigs. I'll take a few puffs, put it down...but then go back to it rather quickly. Its just taking some acclimation.

I'm getting a bit of blood in the mucus - but nothing too drastic. Much less than with the nose candy back in the 80s.

I like the Absinthe and Honey Flu flavors.I have a local guy who sells all the Ecig stuff and makes his own juice as it's a hassle getting it from the states.

We've been dealing stateside so far...but there's a few online suppliers in Barrie I'm thinking of checking out.

Switching to E Cigs aren't going to help all that much. You are still taking in loads of chemicals and most of the product you use comes from China and is unregulated so who knows what you are ingesting. You need to kick the whole habit. It's best to go cold turkey or try the drugs that are available. Quitting sucks for sure, its been 6 years for me I think and I still feel like smoking at least a few times a week.
