This format is all new to me. I checked out the whois and it says

Domain registrar - tradenamed.com

But nothing about tradenamed.com on enom or that someone else is owning it.

Therefor my title is appropriate, they are leeches.

Im not interested in domaining purely developing.

ErectMedia is correct about this being an existing domain being priced and offered through a distribution channel. Verisign says
