it's pretty lame that you are wasting people's time like that, it's not like you were in the middle of some negotiation and you backed out at the last minute... you listed a domain on sedo, buyer bought it, paid for it, etc... and now you back out of the deal like nothing happened...

I would just honor your end of the deal and sell the domain for the price you agreed to...
