I use ACH for Zombaio payments and have been OK. I know it is not an option for everyone. I would like to see Zombaio be successful instead of having to pay Epoch or CCBill $1,000 just for the privilege to do business.Comment

Am I the only one having Zombaio declining everything for "routing error, please try again" for about the last 24 hrs?
I know they don't have support working during holidays.....or weekends.... or when it is dark outside, but you would think they would have somebody at least checking that everything was still working every now and then?

I have to be honest, I've never heard a single thing about Zombaio that was remotely positive, and to the point that I won't even consider them. ccbill and epoch are the way to go. It's rare to hear anything bad about them, and happy affiliates are the backbone of every program. I don't own any member sites, but if I did I would just consider the setup fee an insurance payment against unhappy affiliates.Am I the only one having Zombaio declining everything for "routing error, please try again" for about the last 24 hrs?

Zombaio's problems started during Christmas 2010... supposedly a "corrupt swift file" was the culprit. They've gone nowhere but downhill from there. What they do now though with late payments is alter the payout dates to make them look like they aren't late. I called them out on this back in 2011 if I recall correctly. As of right now, our offset is more than a month from when the payouts were supposed to be sent. And no, we no longer process new sales through them, only rebills (ok, and the occasional 4th in the cascade sale). Ironically enough, Zombaio seems to have the manpower to find references to "drunk" in our sites but not to pay us on time.
CCBill has been terrible for us on new joins since, shit, I don't remember how long it's been now. We pretty much only process rebills through them. Like 1 late payout since 2006.
Verotel seems to have gotten their shit together in regards to allowing obvious fraudulent signups to go through, and have been doing pretty well for us. I don't recall ever having a late payout from them.
Epoch is pretty much our go to processor. We process the most sales through them, and things couldn't be better. They were late once. Was 2 Christmas' ago if I recall. They promptly made up for it by sending the following weeks check and we got it the next day. No other problems since. In fact, our checks normally hit on Thursdays but as per usual, our week of Christmas check came this past Tuesday.
Netbilling... They aren't a processor so nothing to say about them really heh. Never had an issue with our merchant account they helped us set up though, and they're currently our #2 processing gateway.
We also use GX Bill (I think that's their name, too lazy to look it up) for phone billing. Can't say whether they've ever been late though because we don't push much through them and only got like 3-4 checks total.
That ends my list of processor experiences.Comment

I am not bashing Zombaio at all. I am just asking if anybody else is experiencing the same thing as me with these routing error declines. I am actually one of Zombaio's biggest fans and they have been one of three choices for my members for over 5 years without any major issues.Comment

fall behind on payouts and FABRICATE a website non compliance issue which will then give you pseudo leverage to hold,delay,restrict,seize a few payouts
now while you have 1 clients payouts on freeze you can slide funds around to cover clients payouts who are higher on the priority list.
Not saying this is being done....not accusing anyone or any company but it seems to me a possible method utilized by pot bellied decrepid cheesy rats.
There is an art to holding monies that are not yours to hold ....while passing excuses that are entirely yours to passComment

I went through the hassle of getting Zombaio set up as a secondary processor, and was going to make a few "alternate" versions of my sites, or use content to make different sites.
Anyway, it was such a hassle, and then I discovered the fees that affiliates have to pay to get checks sent...I just stopped the whole process.

Just my opinion, but RedPass is probably not the best payment method. I would imagine it is being watched carefully for money laundering, tax evasion, etc. I use ACH in the US. What are other options for non-US clients?Comment

Your friend is surely one of a very small number of people who have ever tried to load redpass this way. It is not a majorly popular payment system, (although atm fees to end users are normally lower than paxum and payoneer etc) and of the few companies that do use redpass for payouts, I imagine the vast majority use funds processed by Zombaio and transferred over to redpass to fund their account. Our redpass demand is small but we always keep a float there of enough to cover what we estimate we will need at any time.
If I had to pay out more in redpass than I had there already, I would find an alternative way to pay those people. Wiring money INTO redpass would be the absolute last thing I would do!!Comment

The partner wired to redpass for years and it worked before. The news it is, this time it did not worked, and there are no Michael O's around. You are now saying it is the fault of my partner for using a supported but rare card. If a cam site process payouts of millions dollar, there it may be $100k's in payoneer and paxum, plus time to time a $20k in RedPass it can happen - and to webmoney and other less known systems. It is part of the business, just the question it was - is RedPass gone or not. In the case of Epassporte, everyone was using it, so everyone could confirm it was gone. In the case of RedPass, we can find no others using it, so we have not a second user's feedback yet.Comment

Where do I say that it is your partner's fault? I just said that I believed that as there are few redpass users here and even fewer who would fund it via wires, you were not likely to find somebody in the same boat.
However, having seen the updates in your other thread, I will NOW say that if I had wired $20k to redpass on 4th December and it hadn't been credited within 2 days or however long wires normally take in your experience having been doing it "for years", I would have submitted urgent tickets and would have stayed on live chat until somebody confirmed whether it had been received and if they said that it hadn't, I would have had my bank do an urgent trace on the wire to find out what the problem was.
If my bank said that the wire had been received, then I would get back onto Redpass and give them 24 hours to get it resolved before I went to the boards.
You brought this to the boards on Friday 20th, 16 days after the wire was said to have been sent and right when companies and banks are strating to wind down for Christmas.
As I told you very early in your other thread, there are many reasons that wires can go astray, and you need to find out what the specific problem was in your case. Knowing whether somebody else has a problem or not, doesn't change the fact that you have a problem.

The guy is not new to this: had previously funds locked in cyprus bank fail, in epassporte fail, in webmasterchecks seize, and in all the payment methods and systems failed/freezed happened in the past 10 years. from other side, is not great for a startup, because you need NATS to run a decent affiliate campaign with zombaio, and you need some cash in advace to pay your affiliates while you wait money from zombaio.
I will consider zombaio more, later, for me is really complicate now to wait 40 days for a payment.
