The majority of the sites use stolen content.

2257 isn't the only concern, copyright infringement and commercial use of a likeness come into play.

Only a matter of time before someone gets seriously sued.

I was debating with my wife the other day about the difference between a girl sending her man a "present" through email and someone who signs a contract in front of a camera knowing well in advance that her tits are going to be sprinkled over the web. She considers them the same - "if they didn't want their tits on the net they shouldn't have shown them to a camera." I disagree and think it's actually quite sad that these kinds of videos get into public hands, most probably without consent of the "star."

So to further that, apart from the legal issues I also have a moral problem with "ex girlfriend" content.

Well, publishing/distributing anything without permission is illegal, no matter if you let people pay for it or do it for free. Letting them pay for it just makes it worse for the offender, legal wise.

Even with permission, e.g. boyfriend upload them himself, you still need an ID shot and model release...

alot of these sites shoot fake amateur porn. like the "ishotmyself" site. but then there's a handful who gather content from newsgroups and forums and whatnot to sell. these sites are home to a great deal of UNDERAGE content and i wouldn't touch promoting the niche with a 100 foot pole. you're walking on the same thin ice you walk on if you're promoting some nudist sites. i can't remember what the url for it was now, but i remember seeing one of these amateur sites advertised on the board here around a month or so back which plaint o see was selling this gathered content, and they had girls in their tour graphics that were obviously 15-16 years old tops. i'd be checking out my sponsors closely before promoting if i were looking to get into promoting in this area.

a handful? it's the vast majority of GF sites that use stolen fake 'user submitted' content. there are only a small handful of sites that do it the legit way.
