Hollywood- This Sunday night March 30th 2008 at Club Vice, King Ryan Events along with Tiger Eye Entertainment bring you Cirque De Mardi Gras.

As official host of the debauchery, Cleopatra of the Nile presents a star-studded line up that includes Playboy Playmate, Tiffany Holliday who?s been seen in Vanity Fair, GQ magazine and several other venues that would make your eyes steam. She will be there to co-host the entire event with Cleopatra as well as several of her sexy playmate friends. So make sure you have extra beads for these ladies as they are bound to get wild for you!!

Latina porn star, Elena Heiress, one of Bang Bros finest will also be gracing the red carpet for photographs and rumor has it she LOVES Mardi Gras so be prepared to dazzle her with those beads.

Seven- time AVN award winner Tommy Gunn and New Sensations contract star and TMZ girl Ashlynn Brooke will also be there to party the night away in the spirit of Mardi Gras! Don?t miss this dynamic duo on the red carpet.

I'm guessing you know that Mardi Gras took place over a month ago.

Anyway, nice of Playboy to let you use their logo on your flyer to promote your event.

Personally, I would not be promoting/encouraging nudity at a non-strip club as a main drawing point, since the club could potentially be fined or lose their liquor license if they condone/permit nudity (if the laws are the same in SoCal as they are in NorCal).

BTW, you (or whomever is responsible for the flyer) should consider having someone proofread your flyer text the next time. At the bottom of the back flyer you use "Guest" when it should have read "Guests", and at the bottom you misspelled "given" (the flyer has "givin").

Oh well, have fun...

yes i will check the spellings. I know mardi gras was over a month ago I have been doing mardi gras since 2002. I usually like to use whatever theme suits my fancy at the time. I have 12 more events for the year and 4 conventions that I do the PR for. The flyer was done by the event coordination company. Our sponsors are awesome they have pulled together all kinds of resources to do this event.

Playboy isn't our sponsor sweetie, the models are Playboy Playmates. This is an accolade these girls have given us permission to mention. Its the same with all my accolades. I have 6 pages of credits like that. Tiffany Holiday is known as a Playboy Playmate that's how the general public relate to her that's all.

The liquor license would be my biggest concern if you are throwing an event where you are openly encouraging (even rewarding) toplessness.

Anyway, I think you missed my point about usage of the Playboy logo to promote what you have indicated is a non-Playboy event.

Just because Playboy models are attending or participating in an event, does not automatically grant anyone a license to use Playboy's trademarked corporate logo however they wish.

Even if you were given permission to use their logo, most large corporations have a style guide which dictates exactly how their logo must be displayed (amount of white space surrounding the logo, usage on colored backgrounds, etc).

Just an FYI...

Yes the venue is actually fine with the boobage!!!
We have full access. There of course will be no flashing outside the club where the red carpet is situated. This would not be ok although it would be awesome for press!
