Guess with who?

So far they didn't read the ticket completely the first time and though I asked for them to do BEFORE responding. They wrote what I sent was "distorted".

Since I didn't type in any language other than English and spelled my software's name correctly and it came by ticket not a crumpled fax it looks as though they are using their support ticket scrambler again.
