    Input on the new ClubSeventeen.com please

    Step 1 of my start at Payserve.com, rebuilding the main brand site.

    Step 2 is the complete member area overhaul.

    www.clubseventeen.com Thoughts? Suggestions? Should I quit already? Any input is welcome.

    If you got teen traffic give it a try. Numbers are looking good sofar

          I think it's a major improvement. I don't know your numbers exactly so this may be a completely ignorant statement, but I'd suggest making the model profiles public and then clicking any "content" there sends to join.

          Then you can SEO the individual model pages and potentially get more in-house traffic.

              I think you should maybe focus a bit more on "mobile" traffic (including tablets).

              I'm really leaning towards "Responsive" websites. Just making the site look pretty for PC's isn't cutting it these days.

              You might want to give some thought to learning html5 and css3 and design the site that way since you are going to do a major overhaul.
              Lot better than a mobile redirect.

                      I think most sites can look good on a tablet.
                      But of course flash doesn't work on your Ipad nor on the Android tablets. So the trailer vid on the tour would need to be html 5 streaming (which it may be when it sees a "mobile" device for all I know).

                      And it would just be a lot cleaner and more effective if it were a Responsive site so it would look perfect on your Ipad or on a mini Ipad or on a Nexus7 or on a smart phone.

                      Why lose any of your audience? Especially one that is growing larger every day (mobile).

                          Responsive designs on tablets look close to the regular layout. It's phones where you get more of a change where some things are moved or hidden.

                                          Well far as flash not working that's a apple vs adobe argument, but as being a heavy mobile user over the last year, I would rather not see anything that auto plays. Ie flash slide shows or HTML5 replacement, being it eats up data with out giving me a choice.

                                                  HTML5 video doesn't auto start. And flash doesn't work on Android either. You have to go html5 in order to have any kind of trailer.

                                                  And the vid on that tour doesn't auto start either on a PC. So that's not an issue here.

                                                              Truly responsive design is the way to go... frees you up from maintaining two or more versions of the site (mobile and desktop).

                                                              Web statistics will tell how many of your visitors are on mobile.

                                                                          That's the idea evantually. At the moment the backend needs to be rebuild and when that feature is there we can use it on the front-end too.

                                                                          I have to go with what we have right now. First step is getting this online, next step is tweaking and doing the backend. Third step is adapting to "new" things like responsive designs.

If you click a girl name isabella then it should take them to her on the models page or as close as can be.

My only suggestion would be what Pornguy has already voiced, you target by girl on the main page, you get someone interested in a specific girl or episode and then the targeting breaks at the next click because the user gets a generic page with video updates.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  Bringing back a little of the site color scheme would be nice. There is value in the fact the site has been around so long, and a little retro can be cool for a new generation. Show graphically while at the same time proving it still updates with fresh new girls. Don't loose your history!
