Generally speaking. If a woman has been doing this kind of exercise (no high impact or aerobic) for a quite a while, it's not too dangerous for her to continue doing so up to around 7 months. The body is used to it. As long as she's not putting her body under lots of EXTENSIVE and NEW strain, it's all gravy, carry on.
