And they should not be free for people that already advertise. Contest actually get more page views than banner due to the fact that they are constantly bumped by bots and idiots (with the exception of skinning).

Yes, make a contest thread a FLAT FEE for EVERYONE... unless you skin the board.

3. Contests can't run more than 10 days. And no more than 3 contests at a time. And since only top advertisers can run contests, you need to coordinate with Eric BEFORE starting a contest.
