On another message board (a non adult one) someone said "We need to restrict access to firearms" and someone quick replied "Why punish responsible firearm owners?". If you are a responsible firearm owner, then your kid wouldn't have access to them.
It's not "stupid kids" - it's firearm owners who don't prevent others from taking their firearms and using them for crimes.
