Um, NO, he didn't. In his speech he mentioned Leon Panetta, director of the CIA. He thanked the intelligence community, said a "small team of American carried out the operation "with extraordinary courage and capability". The only time he said "I" was when he said "Today, at my direction, the United States launched a targeted operation against that compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan".
