and all businesses arew bubbles, expansion contraction, etc. the problem is if/when that bubble pops and if you are left holding the remnants.

What I merely meant to say is: fact that people made profits does not automatically mean its not long term bubble or scam, or ponzi, or something. You can not use this argument to prove that this is a legit thing.
