While I am still owed money for a few programs, I have found contacting the programs directly to see if they have paid DHD for affiliate commissions has in some cases helped. If they have paid DHD, then they will usually contact DHD and find out what the hold up is and get things rolling if they have not, well, hopefully your email will prompt them to pay DHD so DHD can pay you.
