I would think some lawyer could put together a class action lawsuit for consumer fraud, show how the geo ads work and win a nice settlement for everyone involved
I don't think I've ever seen a fling ad that DIDN'T have stolen content on it. I thought it was their business model along with everyone else these days. Stolen content and MySpace spam... revolutionizing the industry!
I've even seen a few chicks I know show up on dating ads. Another female webmaster actually saw herself on an ad once... it was stolen from her MySpace.
The only dating sites that have worked for me or my friends that I've heard is AFF (no lie), CraigsList (duh), and AOL (yea, the service). ALL of the others are filled with fake profiles and/or scammers.

We were able to find the photos and they are being removed from the servers. Please allow 24-48 hours for the changes to propogate.
You can email me with these issues however please help us out and provide an actual hyperlink of the photo where possible otherwise sometimes its like finding a needle in a haystack. I had to go refresh our banners many many times before I actually was able to find them.
a friend of mine works for a dating site and that is her job to remove fake profile pictures. She does it all day long... Someone at fling is not doing a very good job. But again everyone makes mistakes.
