Anything really interesting to see and do in Bratislava? This is coming from someone who has spent time there, but didnt have time to go out much. For entertainment the most interesting was Harley.

Why did so many settle into Sheffield? Is it just a matter of the first Slovak pilgrims/migrants settling there, and others followed based on the familiarity-comfort of knowing others with the same language and traditions exist there?

From others I have spoken to, and from listening to both news reporters from CZ and SK,
I agree with some of the others that commented here, there is a subtle but still noticeable difference between the two variations. SK is softer.

In regards to the original post, slavic langauges aren't very suitable for text spinning because of all the gender cases...polish for instance has 17 gramatical forms of the number 2.
