As if there wasn't enough topics already... Yet I haven't seen much about processing or accepting Bitcoins as payment.

So let's say I want to accept Bitcoins on a website or I want to sell a car and accept Bitcoins in person, how is it done? I don't see much talk about actually using them for day to day buying or selling, most talk revolves around their market value.
