If you are looking to host in the US I like Certified. Good deals and great support.
I know there are lots of other great hosts out there but for your money you'd have a hard time beating these guys.

Thanks for Responses....I am looking to host hundreds of hours of Rare Concert Videos by Us Artist's. However, this footage is shot by fans and NOT owned by Anyone. I am looking for a hosting company that can host thousands of videos and video clips.Comment

The filmed performances are owned by the performers, if it "wasn't owned by anyone" then why would you need bullet proof hosting.
It's people like you that hurt rights holders, with your "if I can get away with it I will" attitude.Comment

Technically I think the footage is owned by the fan that shot it (if they were allowed to shoot it as some bands/venues don't allow you to shoot footage) but I might be wrong.Comment

on one thought, it may be owned by fans but you cant make money using that , its called illegal.Comment

A modern day performance that was not officially released could be considered a bootleg recording.
On the other hand, yours are rare concert videos. One of the first bands to allow fans to tape their shows and share the recordings was The Grateful Dead. It?s estimated that of the band?s approximately 2,350 concerts, around 2,200 of them were taped. Many of those recordings can be legally heard online.
You can often reach out to the band via their web or social media sites for more information.
Good luck!Comment
