a) do not run away from him
b) do not attack him
c) do not attempt to swallow any narcotics you have on you that you were trying to sell to the neighborhood kids
d) (NEW NOTE) Don't spit on him
e) If the cop is attempting to arrest you, don't resist. Get a lawyer, stupid
Guess what? If you do that, the cops don't have to throw you to ground and beat you senseless. How hard is that to understand?
