Of course - but you don't have to hire models to use LiveCamNetwork. You can use it to promote existing models already in the network, and hire models later only if you want to. Instead of settling for a fixed commission, you can adjust the commission (actually, revenue share) to suit your liking (charge more for premium models, less for amateur models for example).
There's no cookies or tracking code embedded in the URL so there's nothing there's nothing to be "lost" or "deleted" - every sale is counted. You don't give up your customers to a 3rd party because your customers pay you directly for all chat time (and we bill you later). You can pick and choose the models you want to promote. It installs on your domain, and is fully customizable with your own logo, graphics, banners, colours, text, etc.
