I run for 45-60 minutes about 5 times a week. I also sit for 20-30 minutes per day with no distractions and nothing but a pen and paper and write.
While neither of these are the crossed legged, ring finger to thumb type meditation that people think of, its a form of meditating to me. Both clear my mind and allow me to step back and formulate solutions for problems (business or personal) I may be having. It also allows me to prioritize things in my life. Time has always been my biggest enemy.
