i create my own business plan. -
I've done many of those and unless you absolutly don't know wtf you are doing OR if you need to do it for an investor - spend your time actually doing shit that will get you somewhere, instead of doing BPL's.
I'd guess that 99% of all the people that sit around and do BPL's, don't ever really get started.
So unless you need it for an investor, go to work on your business instead

the question's WHY you need a business plan... for yourself, or bank, investor? Only for myself i woudn't make a business plan. I know many webmasters that made a BP, but never sticked to it, because things went different......just takes your time....time to build new sites

Its good to lay down some calculations for yourself. Not like the "official" business plan with many pages, but short one where you lay down most important numbers.the question's WHY you need a business plan... for yourself, or bank, investor?
