Funny you should mention it. A client has us developing something similar now:-)
Funny story though... when I was in college (Florida State University) one of my part time jobs was caring for a quadraplegic graduate student... This guy got more pussy than many of the regular guys I knew. The girls ate it up.. literally. they were amazed his dick would get hard even though he couldn't feel it.
I watched after him 4 days a week, every morning at 6:30am I went to get him out of the bed, showered etc. 3 out of the 4 days every week, there was a different hot chick in his bed.
