Did you have a good Easter dinner?
Mine was good. Had a pot roast over at my aunt's house, followed by some chocolate cake.

I had more meat than I have eaten in about a month all in one meal and I am feeling it now the next day but it tasted good at the time.
I made - Roast pork with a pork and leek gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, savoy cabbage, apple and herb stuffing, Yorkshire puddings and apple sauce.
I haven't eaten a thing today yet because I still feel full.Comment
