Having a lot of money doesn't make a country civilized. I can't link to here yet, but you can google all of the cases of people being jailed for kissing in public, sleeping pills, etc. Not to mention the slave labor and stripping of passports UAE allows to happen in the construction industry. That whole country can disappear up it's own dirty fundamentalist asshole.
