I found a link to a news story and some video finally, this is from a local paper and the show on Fox was The Big Story with Rita Cosby. Here's the link.

This link only shows the police video, the home video that someone on the street taped shows better footage of everything and apparently it can only be seen on FoxNews. I know they replay the show again tonight at 11 central if you want to see it.
