You are frustrated about content thieves and fuck with this guy who used that content with permission. Unless you prove he lied you should STFU. Saying he is a content thief w/o a strong reason / proof is a reason for a ban
Stop fucking around with small fishes [especially if they seem legit and coopertaive and polite...] and if you're into anti-piracy than go support services and campaigns against piracy. The 'possible harm' this guy does with his work under a year is equal with pornhub and such sites making in a minute
