Yep. All the time. It's why I finally had to move most of my business away from them. I can't have my money sitting in limbo while I wait on it (especially after I've already waited for 2 weeks to get my money in the first place)
I asked them to fix it over and over and over. They never have.
So now it's just some old rebills that I do with Zombaio mostly.
And even with that...I had $860 NOT load onto my card yesterday. I put in support ticket. And it's still not even been "assigned" to anyone in support.
Sometimes they get it corrected in 24 hours (Which is fucking UN-acceptable in my opinion...it should be corrected within minutes). And once I waited about 5 days before I ever got it.
Worst support in the industry.

Shame too...they were so good when I first started using Zombaio.Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

yep they have done this holding bullshit for like a year. Its just a way for them to hold onto eveyone's money for another 2-4 days after the 2 weeks. They blame it on the bank but the use the same bank as payoneer and do you ever hear of this shit with payoneer? Of course not.
I left months ago and sooooo much happier now. Why anyone would use zombaio now after all the shit on the boards god only knows------------------------------------------------------

And they are poor as hell. They can't send you a prepaid card unless you put some funds in your account and if the prepaid card doesn't arrive NO REFUND that is one of the biggest mistake they had for Redpass doing that is like killing your customers.Comment
