Yep. All the time. It's why I finally had to move most of my business away from them. I can't have my money sitting in limbo while I wait on it (especially after I've already waited for 2 weeks to get my money in the first place)
I asked them to fix it over and over and over. They never have.
So now it's just some old rebills that I do with Zombaio mostly.
And even with that...I had $860 NOT load onto my card yesterday. I put in support ticket. And it's still not even been "assigned" to anyone in support.
Sometimes they get it corrected in 24 hours (Which is fucking UN-acceptable in my opinion...it should be corrected within minutes). And once I waited about 5 days before I ever got it.
Worst support in the industry.
Shame too...they were so good when I first started using Zombaio.
