Hotel Ashreen ... its in the sudder street/ tourist district I always stay there (couple times a year)
Toursity things to do: go on a tour of the sunderbaans ..or if you have a couple days to spare take the train up to Darjeeling... its Kolkata - theres nothing to see or do in the city besides markets and temples (unless u have kids in which case the Aquatica and Wet n Wild parks are a steal at like $3 all day)
I simply visit just to visit the malls and get decent food whch i cant get in the villages I stay in
