How to prevent Wordpress contact form 7 spam?

Thinking or recapcha plugin + askimet. Too much?
It is very important to prevent all the spam but also not to stop legit submits (I heard that askimet sometimes stops legit submits).

Problem is that somehow bots go through questions. Its impossible for them to guess the answer randomly, but they go through like question did not exist.
Thats why I was contemplating using askimet ON TOP of that. Not only askimet. But in this case some people can not go through.
And in this case I need accuracy:
that 100% bots would be stopped and 100% real people would go through.

I've not noticed anything getting through and have mostly been using simple maths questions.

A lot ways to prevent spam from contact forms. E.g. add a hidden token which is counted on the request IP, or simple encode your form with JavaScript.

Maybe captcha + invincible field would suffice?

Or what combo of 2 would you guys suggest?
