EXACTLY! Just because you say, I'm not going to send the US any more money, "fuck them" doesn't make you any less responsible for the debts YOUR company already incurred.
I mean, I get that Paul Chaplin apparently thinks it does, but well ... obviously legally speaking that isn't the case. He may have told everyone he was no longer in the business, but legally speaking he was still very much an owner.
He thinks he is protected because he's in the UK and most of the people they fucked are in the United States but well there are other ways to make wave for these fuckers. I will find that name of that third person who doesn't want his precious name associated with porn.
