i dont remember what it said, but i think it said the same all the time ... and ge money bank is bank from ge.com, one of better ones here in my country
its not some kind of prepaid or something, its solid legit mastercard, not some maestro or what ... think i had problem once somewhere when tried to pay online, and then now ... and asking here because here i can get answers fast, and serious
not just some we are sorry, try again with another card or some automated message
