    Make my rough sketch into a professional looking image.

    I need someone to take a rough sketch I have drawn up and turn it into a professional looking image. It's for a uniform patch that has a circumference of 4". I need it for the uniform patch(digitized so it can be embroidered) plus I also need it in a format I can use on letterhead and on a business card. The sketch is pretty rough, but I'm sure there are some artists on here that can help me out. My budget isn't much, but we can talk money after you see my sketch. ;) Contact info in my sig.
