    Almost each week somone has hacked in and stolen these things?

    Surly its way too risky.

          but you have to smart to protect your btc. there are tutorials to keep your btc safe.

                Yup! If you really value your bitcoin and you have a lot invested in it then there are several ways you can store them that are very secure.

                  I was reading the other day that their expected ceiling is to reach 100 times it's value of today, within the next 5+ years. If true, I think that's a good reason to take the chance and invest in them. What's losing $5000, if the chance to make $500,000 is there.

                  Two years ago there was a point when you could buy them for $0.30 each...and people were laughing when others claimed they'd soon be worth 1000 times that. Today they're worth almost 1700 times that in just over 2 years.
