inet-cash have issues with some of their banks at the moment. We can not accept credit card anymore since two month anymore because their merchant account is blocked/frozen and the bank hold all the money, so inet-cash can not make payouts.
This effects only some sites I don't know exactly if you are also effected but they are very unprofessional (no communication and no emails are normal for inet-cash)
