    If you like sriracha...

    You will need the following:
    2 cups salted peanuts
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 tablespoons sriracha
1 teaspoon of your favorite spice mix (feel free to omit)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (powder, not salt)
    salt and pepper to taste
    baking sheet
    aluminum foil
    nonstick spray

    Do the following:
    1) Preheat oven to 350°.
    2) Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and nonstick spray.
    3) Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Spread out evenly on baking sheet.
    4) Bake for 12-15 min., until peanuts are toasted.
    5) Remove from oven. Allow 10 min. cooling time. Eat.

    Thank me later.

Sounds great. I'm hooked on the Sriracha. I put it on basically everything since discovering it about a year ago.

I like it on eggs and salmon burgers especially. Really good in tuna/chicken/crab salad as well.

you guys here about this? http://srirachamovie.com/

Its really good with a roasted chicken. When you roast it and it mixes with the skin it gives it almost a sweet taste which mixes perfect with the spicy.

On the topic of roasted nuts, I'm hooked on Tamari almonds‎. Similar cooking but you just add the tamari at the end and let it boil off. Awesome.
