The Lottery

There have been several people who have done AMA's on reddit claiming to have won huge lottery jackpots, and the moderators have confirmed them. The common theme to all their stories seems to be that if you win the lottery you will lose all your friends and family, this doesn't stop me from playing though.

I think most idiots who hit the number just ruin themselves. I kinda did that when I was younger and made a few bucks. No lottery winnings, though. I hit a couple grand on a slot machine one time back in 2012. Which should pay $1,000,000 since slot machines in this state have about a 3% payout rate. Hahaha.

Lottery payouts should be a lot flatter. $300M to one moron? Nah. Give $1.8M to 160 morons. That way 160 people's lives could possibly change, and hopefully not so drastically that they disintegrate themselves.

Also, fuck the government, if I tried to run a 50% payout lottery (or any lottery) they'd barbeque my ass in motor oil.
