I rejected Choopa for their pirate clients

I was looking for a server for one of my sites
Got an offer from Choopa which corresponded my requirements for config and price
Passed on that because of their 'support' of pirates
Such shitty hosts like Choopa should be out of this business

Really, I have to pay $150/m AdultKing to keep legit content removed from your pirated hosts i supposed to use? Fuck, no way.

I still don't understand how that entire niche is legal. I know Pamela Anderson sex tape was legit... has their been any other since?

I don't know shit about that sector but it seems like a loop hole must exist in the law. Like if you are a public figure, and a photo of public figure is made public... then it is public property as well. Something like that... I don't have any clue... would never touch that sector.

I think the laws on privacy and model releases are relaxed when you're a public figure, but that doesn't bypass basic copyright of the image.
